Transportation Manager

The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe transport of District students to and from District schools including any out-of-district placements. The successful candidate will be able to ensure ongoing, effective communication with transportation employees, families, and District staff. CDL with Student endorsement preferred.
Other responsibilities include:
Developing and overseeing the transportation budget.
Hiring, training, and managing a team of employees.
Managing the bus fleet and vans.
Designing and implementing route schedules and safety systems.
Ensuring departmental accountability, documentation, and compliance.
Serving as a liaison for administrators, families, and community stakeholders
